After the webinar, each participant will be given a customizable cost savings analysis tool that can help participants quickly figure the costs of creating and distributing agenda packets for meetings at both the district and school.

For greater participation, gather a few facts and figures about how you currently prepare meeting agendas (not just board meetings), the average number of pages and packets, the number of copies you prepare, if you mail them or deliver them and about how much time it takes to prepare the packets for how many people on staff.
