The Communications Module encompasses several areas of your eBOARD site allowing you to better communicate within your organization and to all of your stakeholders without having to go through technical staff for posting information.

- Creates V-Cards to enable visitors to quickly add the board members contact information to their own Microsoft Outlook contact list

- RSS feeds out to individuals or external sites
- Can accept external RSS feeds
- News can be private or public
- Statewide news listing for some states
Calendar
- Unlimited calendar types
- Automatic posting of meeting agenda links to calendars
- Calendars can be developed within eBOARD and links to external calendars or pdfs
