The Strategic Plan Module
Monitoring, tracking, managing and reporting on strategic plans has never been easier!
A failure to plan is a plan to fail. Strategic planning is critical for any organization to successfully achieve its mission. Often organizations go through an elaborate strategic planning process only to find that the bigger challenge is in the execution of the plan. These elaborate plans get put in binders and tend to die sitting on the shelf. Organizations struggle with how to keep up with all aspects of the plan and either give up or do so through a labor intensive process using word processing and spreadsheet documents and graphs. Now, monitoring, tracking, managing and reporting on strategic plans has never been easier. With eBOARD’s Strategic Plan Module, organizations can effectively communicate plans to all stakeholders and allow employees to focus on their areas of responsibility while understanding how their work fits into the overall plan.
Testimonials for the Strategic Plan Module

"I have been very privileged to have had the opportunity to publish the Richmond County School System Strategic Plan using the eBOARD Strategic Plan Module on June 8, 2009. This technology has hastened our quest to be more transparent. It further serves to show the relevance of our strategic goals and plan initiatives with their connection to the performance measures by which are assessed. We are very excited our individual school improvement plans will be added in the coming year."
– Joslyn Fields, School Improvement Coordinator
Richmond County Schools
