Once you log into your eBOARD site, you will see a Help tab appear in the bottom right corner. Simply click on it to access our exclusive integrated video-rich HELP or one of our support options listed below.

Online Case Submission Form for Support Tickets and Feature Requests
If you need help or have a suggestion on how we can improve our software, you can submit a support ticket using our online support form. Submitting through our support case system will allow us to better track your issue, idea or question.

From the support options page in eBOARD or eMEMBERSHIP, you will have the option to click on the "Live Support" link to begin a live chat with one of our service representatives. Live Support is available M-F from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
